Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Beam ("the Service"), operated by Beam Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a key, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Beam provides paid remote screen access. On purchase of a key, you receive a unique credential that grants you 7 days of viewer access to the Beam network. Beam does not host or store any screen content you view. You are responsible for having appropriate permission from the person whose screen you view.

2. Accounts

You must create an account with a username and password to purchase keys. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. If you lose your password, we cannot recover your account, and any keys purchased will be lost. We do not collect email addresses or phone numbers, so no email-based password recovery is available.

3. Purchases and pricing

Each key costs ₹1,427 and is valid for 7 days from the moment of successful payment. Prices may change at any time without notice. You may purchase as many keys as you wish.

4. Refunds

All key purchases are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: unused keys, expired keys, keys shared with third parties, or dissatisfaction with the service. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Beam to access, record, or view any screen without the informed consent of the person operating the machine. You may not share your key with anyone you do not trust. We may revoke any key found to be involved in abusive activity, at our sole discretion and without refund.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Beam running reliably but do not guarantee any specific uptime. Interruptions, outages, or discontinuation may occur without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

Beam is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
